Terms:
C.O.D unless credit has been arranged. Allow 30 days for credit approval. Terms on established accounts are Net 30 days. Payments on approved credit accounts shall be due to our office. You agree to pay interest at 1-1/2% per month on unpaid balances after 30 days, which will accrue from the date of delivery. Discounts, if any are referenced on your purchase order or invoice, shall not be honored if we do not receive payment within 30 days. In the event any account or order you have with us has unpaid balances exceeding 60 days, we reserve the right to withhold further shipments under any order. |
Loss or Damage:
Responsiblity for rental items remains with the lessee from the time of delivery to the time of pick-up. Please be sure all items are secured when not in use and are protected from the weather. Customer will be charged for missing or broken items. |
